Terms of Use

Effective Date: July 2, 2026

Rules for using the TouristNetTR partner panel, API, credit system, and digital eSIM delivery services.

1. The Agreement

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of TouristNetTR, including the partner panel, API, digital eSIM delivery links, and related support services. By creating an account, using our API, purchasing credits, or creating an eSIM order, you agree to these Terms.

If you are using TouristNetTR on behalf of a company, agency, hotel, tour operator, or other organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Our Service

TouristNetTR provides B2B and B2B2C access to digital travel eSIM products. Partners can view available packages, create eSIM orders, retrieve customer delivery links or QR codes, and manage usage via the panel or API.

We are not a mobile network operator. Connectivity, coverage, fair usage policies, activation behavior, and data usage reporting may depend on local mobile networks, device compatibility, regulatory conditions, and the technical status of the eSIM profile.

3. Accounts and API Access

  • You must provide accurate account, billing, and business information.
  • You are responsible for keeping login credentials, API keys, and panel access secure.
  • You must not share API keys publicly, embed them in frontend code, or use them for unauthorized resale, fraud, abuse, or illegal activities.
  • We may regenerate, suspend, or revoke API keys if we detect abuse, security risks, outstanding balances, or behavior that could harm the platform.

4. Orders and Digital Delivery

eSIM orders are digital products. After a successful order, TouristNetTR may provide a customer-facing activation link, QR code, order status, usage data, and related technical information.

Partners are responsible for showing the correct package information to their customers and ensuring the customer understands device compatibility, activation timing, travel destination, and data roaming requirements.

5. Credits, Billing, and Payment

  • Partners may use a prepaid balance, approved credit limit, or another commercial model agreed upon with TouristNetTR.
  • Partners can purchase account credit packages such as 10, 20, 50, 100, 150, 300, 500, or 1000 USD. Once the payment is successful and the checkout notification is verified, the purchased USD amount is automatically added to the partner account balance.
  • Prices, taxes, currency conversion, payment processing fees, and settlement times may vary depending on the checkout processor and commercial agreement.
  • If the partner operates on credit terms, outstanding balances must be paid by the agreed due date. We may pause order creation, API access, or delivery if balances are overdue.
  • Card details are processed by checkout processors. TouristNetTR does not store full card numbers.

6. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the Service for spam, fraud, illegal activities, sanctions violations, telecom abuse, or misleading resale.
  • Do not interfere with platform security, rate limits, authentication, or service availability.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer TouristNetTR systems, scrape private data, or access orders that do not belong to your account.
  • Do not misrepresent TouristNetTR, our service, or local mobile operators.

7. Compatibility and Customer Responsibility

The customer must use an unlocked and eSIM-compatible device and follow activation instructions. Some devices, operating systems, regions, or carrier-locked phones may not support eSIM activation.

Customers may need to turn on data roaming, select the correct eSIM line for cellular data, and install the eSIM only when they are ready to use it. Failure to follow these steps may affect connectivity but does not automatically qualify for a refund once the eSIM is delivered, downloaded, activated, or used.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the platform accessible but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, network outages, local mobile network issues, regulatory changes, technical modifications, or force majeure may affect availability.

We may modify, suspend, or terminate features when required for security, legal compliance, technical reliability, or product improvement.

9. Intellectual Property

TouristNetTR, the panel, documentation, API materials, designs, and brand assets belong to TouristNetTR. You may only use our documentation to integrate with and use the service under these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TouristNetTR is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, travel disruption, or customer claims arising from network availability, improper device usage, or partner abuse.

Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid to TouristNetTR for the specific order or service giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, pose a security or fraud risk, leave an outstanding balance, abuse the API, or use the service in a way that could harm TouristNetTR, the platform, or customers.

12. Governing Law and Changes

Unless mandatory local law requires a different rule, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
